The fact that he's encouraging you to date women and get into a sexual relationship…kinda makes me feel that if you were satisfied with someone else takes the pressure off him to be intimate with you. Seems like it's a brother/sister or a good close friendship you have with him. Maybe he's a sexual or even gay. Maybe he's struggling with his own sexuality or repressing it.
