While you are able to feel how you feel, and it might have been a cowardly way to end a relationship to you, (and to a lot of people, myself included) the answers to the above give reason (not excuse) to why he did it the way he did.

While a lot of people advocate for dating/marrying people who are like you; there is a lot of truth in the opposites attract saying. Both have their benefits and drawbacks.

I don't care what anyone says here, it is not appropriate for a married woman to go grab a drink with one male – that isn't her husband. Normally, I'd say the slowing of sex can be explained with increased work, aging, etc. …but if she's finding excitement and interest in a male coworker, she's flirting with disaster.
Anyone in the comments talking about, “I've had plenty of blah, blah, blah, and it's only ever been platonic” …stop. We need to be honest. Sometimes, you just can't be “friends” with certain people, and it just is what it is. They can be cordial, social at work or larger functions, or whatever, but for a woman to find connection like this with another man is dangerous and drives a wedge between otherwise loving partners.
Bottom line, if she is failing to mention that he is the only one she's meeting with when she says she's going out, you have reason to be concerned.
