Exactly, that’s why effective communication is SO important. I have a BA in psychology, an MSW specializing in family mental health, I’ve been remarried for 16 years, and I still don’t always get it right when I assume I know what my husband’s perceptions and feelings are. (I mean I’m pretty damn good at it, but I’m certainly far from 100%.)

Honestly, she should see a doctor, because it sounds like her birth control has destroyed her sex drive–which is not uncommon. The fact that SHE has not already decided to do this on her own, though, makes me think that your sexual needs simply aren't important to her.
I feel you sister, same case with my ex. I literally paid for vacations and she cancelled cause she didn't want to leave her dogs alone (? Even tho she lived with he parents and siblings even tho she agreed that we could go on vacations previously. Anyways some people are just like that and they will settle with someone who acts similar I guess. Sorry for the rant
I mean if I had someone messaging saying my husband was cheated the he wanted to log into my instergram rather than believing what I was showing and telling him. I’d suspect he was off blocking accounts and what not on it tbh.
