A poly or open relationship has to be something you are 100% on board with. Otherwise you will end up miserable… read the 1000000s of posts about “my partner convinced me to open our relationship” posts. It requires honesty, rules and a ridiculous amount of trust. He is openly telling you that you absolutely cannot trust him. He will cheat on you if given the opportunity.
Also, he wants to develop a friendship before seeing if it will go to an intimate level. That won’t be a ONS that will be a relationship. Even if the other person knows he has a partner, he is developing a relationship with them. He is forcing you into an open relationship, if you stay.
Honestly, I understand you state you want to work this out, but I don’t see that as being possible. You are not compatible in regard to relationship expectations. You want two very different things. You want monogamy with a single partner. He wants to explore his sexuality with other people.
i know its tough to change habits like this. i also use an excessive amount of toilet paper when i use the restroom & i pee A LOT. i would have her pay for both the toilet paper & plumber as well as make her plunge the toilet everytime its clogged. once it is actually affecting her, im sure the issue will get better. you can also look into getting the shitty toilet paper like the free shit in public bathrooms that feel like sand paper, she can use an entire roll & that shit will flush easier than 5 squares of charmin.
