Sex and finances are the two leading causes of divorce. Currently it seems like you guys have split finances, would she be willing to sign a post nuptial agreement? One that in the eyes of the law guarantees finances continue to stay separate even in divorce.
Unfortunately you can’t make people change, but you can make wise decisions for you. I would talk to your wife and tell her how you really feel and then it’s up to you guys to fix the program, ignore it, or to separate.

I think perhaps when she's most receptive and vulnerable you can introduce the idea of check-ins. Tell her what you want to do and accomplish in the relationship. How you imagine your relationship and letting her know it can't happen without her all while touching her etc. This is a perfect way into activating the love languages.
