Your SO sucks! She doesn’t believe you? What reason have you given her to not believe you? Honestly, if she can’t trust you when you say her friend is bullying you then she’s not worth your time. If you want to show her the bullying start voice recording when you’re with him and she’s out of the room
I'm not saying this to be offensive but constructive. You are both not communicating here about the issue at hand. There's nothing wrong with using your big girl words even during the talking stage and telling him it's a turn off or getting deeper into the conversation. This helps you in any stage of any relationship and helps you overcome simple issues.
You react by telling him straight up you do not find those jokes funny and he needs to stop. That if he has a problem with you drinking he should say so because maybe it's just an incompatibility you two found early and you can both reasses how you feel about each other. Outline that these jokes are not funny and not okay.
This doesn't necessarily sound like he's guilt tripping you. He's just being an ass. But you both kind of are by skirting around the issue. Which is something you should try not to do.
She has treated you like shit. Lying, hiding things, getting involved with her ex. It's best to leave before you get more emotionally invested in her.
You told her after the cruise was booked?

Well. that's the past and this is your reality, you need to stop rationalising his actions and leave.

Stop having sex with her. She's going to “trap” you and guilt you into marrying her. You're going to regret this.
