Done, done and done. I've mentioned a few times that I “don't go for sex” unless she initates it. But she also knows I'm way more interested in sex, so she must be assuming I'm silently screaming it at her.
Two of her complaints what that I either just gave her a short kiss (peck) and I'm always on my phone. So I made a point of more passionates kisses and then just leaving it there. And I never turned on my phone at bed time for about 10 days event though she usually was on her phone and/or watching tv. I'm not sure she even noticed the change.

I’m an idiot. It was never nearly this bad. Before we married and moved in together it was always “I can help if you want.” And I would always decline telling him thanks but I got it. Or it was “why don’t you let me do it?” And I would nicely decline the offer. And after being together this long now, it’s just bad and our fight today was hurtful. Counseling. Talking. Backing off. Stepping up more. I’ve tried all of it. I guess I’m answering my own questions now.
