2. Thank you everyone for all the advice and mostly laminating what I’m already feeling like needs to happen.

   I will add for context, for the most part what we, his friends, are witnessing are not every interaction with him. Not that it makes it better, but I want to make it clear that he’s not shit talking his wife to us every time we see him. And we also are not staying silent about it when it seems like he’s over reacting.

   Example: after she flung his phone and broke it recently, someone pointed out that both C and their son were sick and not sleeping and she was likely overly exhausted and depressed.

   But aside from the “dude knock it off” or “let’s not talk about that” we haven’t formally shut his behavior down. A commenter suggested a good ol intervention and that’s kind of what I’ve been leaning towards.

   I also mentioned that my wife and a few gfs of our friends wanted to reach out to C, but no one was sure it would be appropriate since it would be obvious that what she’s going through has been a topic of discussion amongst other people. She’s a pretty introverted individual and the only one with a child in the group so she hasn’t had to chance to develop close friendships with our spouses. I’m not sure how any of the women could organically bring it up with C.

   We don’t know your man, he might be a lying piece of shit. Or maybe he got drunk and took it to see what would happen and forgot (don’t drink and take viagra kids). Or maybe someone used your bathroom and stole it. There’s a bunch of possible explanations but to jump right to accusing a guy of a huge betrayal is naked to come back from
