I don't understand the dynamic of his and her money in a marriage. Maybe get a joined account where you both put x amount of money on for expenses and you keep your own account for your own spendings/fun things or whatever. Seeing how your husband is in this post I would recommend that extra money be put on the joined account for vacations and going out for dinner or whatever. But the way I see it is when you get married your salary belongs to your partner as well.
