6. Open, honest communication will solve about 90% of the issues on this sub. You don't have to find the answer yourself. Tell your BF that you really like him and you want to increase the time you spend together. The study dates are a good idea, but if that doesn't work for him you two should find the solution TOGETHER. Explain that you understand his schedule is busy but I bet you can find time to be close. Can you meet for breakfast together? (Bagel and cream cheese on the library steps.) What is his gym schedule, can you adapt to going at the same time?

   Having this conversation together also gives you a good insight into the relationship. If he unwilling to do anything to be able to spend more time with you, that lets you know he not a boyfriend, he's the dude that comes over on Saturday to get laid.
