1. My understanding is that a BMI of over 25 is considered overweight, then it turns into obesity at a BMI of 30+. My mom's BMI is about 32 which is slightly obese but far from morbidly obese.

3. This is eye opening. It hurts but it makes a lot of sense. I don’t have anyone to talk to about these things anymore, I’ve tried journaling but a journal can’t give you input/ advice on a situation. But at the end of the day if Gemma is happy then that’s wonderful, I think it’s time I moved on.
