Namely because I'm not sure how that statement was intended. If she's remorseful for her actions, then it could mean that despite her horrid choice to kiss the guy, her trying to respect her relationship with you kept her from going further with him. If she's not remorseful, then that comment comes off like it's your fault that she didn't get to have the fun she wanted with him.
She's not your girlfriend anymore, OP. She's just your roommate. There's no point in fighting for something that's she's already set to give to someone else. End the relationship, move out (or tell her she has to move out if things are in your name) and do the work on yourself you need to do so that when you're ready, you can find someone who understands what it means to be a faithful partner.
