The best thing you can do for her is be her support. Be a friend, a shoulder to lean on. Even if you're just making her laugh, it's a temporary respite from the hell in her mind.
When she does move out, she can do it sooner by calling the police. Assuming of course the cops can be trusted where you are. They can stand guard while she gathers her stuff, to stop him from 1. getting in her way and 2. harming her. Do what you can in talking her into going into therapy. She's been through too much to deal with, and this excuse of a human is preying on her weakness. Could always “anonymously” report him for possession of drugs.
