Go talk with a lawyer first because if she dosen't have a job she may want spouse support and she has 20k in debt and you could end with at least half of this to pay. A lawyer will help you to end this marriage in the most safe way for you. My recommendation is to wait for her to have a job so spouse support is not something you need to worry about.
And as how to tell her? Just give her the divorce papers and say goodbye… she's a adult not your responsibility.
