His behavior was inappropriate (hugging you at work? No, sir), and the way he even spoke to you was gross; he didn't say “hey, maybe this is out of line, but would you like to go for dinner some time?”, no, he was sexually explicit.
The fucking gall to sexually harass someone numerous times, at work, where his child works, geez.
Tell the daughter because if this was literally any other customer, you should let your superiors know about this, and on a personal note – sure, he could be a gross cheater, he could be in an open relationship, but he came into your place of work, he doesn't deserve your consideration; hell, he may well have done this before, or will do this again (to you or others).
On a side note, he could have some kind of neurological situation going on, I guess (damnit Jim, I'm not a doctor!), so if this truly is out of character for him, and it is a healthy related thing, you'd help the family.
But I think he's just a disgusting man to do this; he's likely banking on you keeping quiet because of his daughter (which is extra repulsive).
They never seem like the type. Always trust actions over words. With a distance relationship you need to make a lot of effort to see each other to keep the relationship together.
