I understand your point, and I agree that the outcome would have likely been different with better resources, but is it the fault of responding officers if someone points a gun at them? What’s the solution? I took issue with the comment above because they essentially did what you said I did, which is generalizing what happens in some areas and assuming it happens everywhere.
