It's pretty normal for some of the pursuit courtship rituals to end once a relationship is establish. That's kind of like the difference between a job interview and just showing up for work every day. But if you don't trust him you really don't have much of a relationship going here. Since it sounds like you don't feel you'll ever be able to trust him you can either stay in this and be nervous all the time or you can end it and go find someone who IS worth of your trust.
