I have tried that multiple times and it still doesn’t make the feelings go away
My ex was a porn addict and he hid it from me for years. He gave my daughter his old phone but it was still connected to his and because I monitor her activity I found it all.
If someone asked me if it was a porn issue I would’ve said absolutely not. When we met I told him I don’t watch it and I don’t want to be with someone that relies on it either (I have a very high libido) and ye was aghast I even asked. He was watching it 4-5 times a day while in work, on his was home, in the bath. It was excessive I could not believe it. I finally understood why our sex life was so bad and why he never initiated and always turned me down when I did. It was one of the main reasons I left him.
Even if OP isn’t aware of him watching porn I would guess he very likely is. The fact he can only do one position and can only get hard from oral is a massive sign that porn is the issue.
I also wonder what operation he needed. Excessive masturbation can cause deformities of the penis and I have a suspicion that is what happened.
