1. OP, ask yourself why you’re feeling guilty. I think part of the reason is this guy uses so many words on you that you’re half brainwashed. Honestly, his words mean nothing. Theyre designed to manipulate, to get his needs met. His actions have shown who he really is. If one day he decides he wants to become a different man (and I dont think he’s at that stage right now), he’ll make the decision of getting therapy for his behaviour.

   You’ve already seen you cant get the good bits (magnetism, great sex) without the bad bits (the betrayal, the erosion of your self respect) but you are spending so much energy hoping you can. Maybe when you understand that choosing to be with him will always cause you pain, you will start to see things differently.

   I think therapy could really help you. There’s a chance you could end up picking the same type of guy if you dont examine your role in this, but that’s just my opinion. Also agree you should change your number. All he does is mess with your brain, and that stops you from thinking clearly.
