People are entitled to feeling attractive to whoever they want, but you don't have to be an ahole about it and it's kind of annoying to hear your partner basically threaten you that they will lose attraction if you gain weight.
I do see sometimes on reddit women talking about their partners not finding them attractive during pregnancy/pregnancy weight gain and I personally think that is kind of disgusting. Pretty awful thing to share with your partner who is carrying your kid. I would definitely talk to him about it because if that is his attitude tbh I would question if that is really who I want to be with.

Honestly, you should get yourself to therapy regardless to address your insecurities. You said yourself, you guys were broken up, so she really had no way of knowing that you guys were getting together so it shouldnt really mean anything except that she was having fun. It wasn’t a slight against you.
If you plan to move on from this without holding it against her, then dont break up with her, deal with your insecurities in therapy, and move on. If you feel like you cannot do that, do her the favor of breaking up with her instead of building resentment that will inevitably break you guys up anyways.
For future reference, you will have arguments in whatever long term relationship you will have. Arguments are normal and do not mean you will break up after every one and in a relationship, even during a tougher phase, people do not normally cheat unless they want to so you have no real reason to believe she will cheat on you every time you get into an argument for validation. That’s just a bit of broken logic.
Tbh, I have no clue why he's upset. This is a wild guess, but could it be that he prides himself on his looks? And now that he found out that you don't actually care about them that he's a little insecure? This might be a leap, but I have no idea what else could possibly be the reason.
