[##X][##X], [## X][## X], or [##-X][##-X] where ## is the age and X is the gender (currently M, F, T, A, NB, FTM, MTF but more can be added). You can have more than two ages/genders listed, but you must have at least two. Here is an example:
That kind of wording is often used in a way that is not literal. Example: “If you stand for equality you're a feminist. I'm sorry to tell you.”
Or, powerful feelings can be intimidating. Especially for boys, who just typically don't spend a lot of time contemplating feelings.
Or, he really thinks it's a good idea to keep his options open, and also to reveal to you that he is doing so.
I'd put less weight on the words and more on the context and his actions. Was this just a casual sweet nothing that came out of his mouth? Is he proposing to throttle back the relationship? Is he being distant? Without knowing the context, to me it just sounds like a golly gee moment for a boy who has never been simultaneously in love and on a vacation before.
I'm 23 OP. My partner is 28. We've been dating for a year. He brought up how he was concerned about the age gap a few times.
The fact of the matter is that you need to ask yourself if you are okay with the relationship, and only you can really answer that. Despite what people may assume here, just because someone is a bit older it doesn't automatically mean they are there to exploit you. Some people couldn't understand dating someone that happens to be older and them just not automatically being an exploitative person. As long as the relationship is healthy, there isn't an issue, even if it is outside social norms. Nobody can decide this for you. You've been an adult for 4 years now. What you do with your personal life is your business, you don't need a reddit mob to approve or disapprove of that.
Everyone deserves friends. Everyone needs people. This is abusive behaviour and you need to end it.
It's abuser 101 to isolate you from everyone else so then you think you have no option but to stay. Irrespective of what happens in the relationship. Leave now before it gets bad.
It makes me wonder if there is anything else that he has said to her to make her feel uncomfortable that she is not telling her mom to avoid causing drama.
Don’t listen to people telling you to get together with the BF. She was indeed told you what happened but she is clearly manipulative and did not do that for the love of truth, but for her own little agenda. Keep your distance and focus on healing. Good luck !
If she is churning out A+ essays in a couple of hours, she will have no use for you, son. It can take a little while to break into the field, but copywriters can make a LOT more than $20/hour… usually WFH gigs.
In this case it is all that matters. Men think they can leave 100% of the heavy lifting to women and then come in and reap 50% of the benefits.
She never told him she kept the babies. When a man doesn't know he has kids, he can't be faulted for not being there. You seem to not be able to understand this.
Nope. This is why so many of us are realizing that men are a waste of time and resources.
I'm sorry you, and other women, think so lowly of men. This line of thinking that is out for everyone to see on social media has shown me a new side of women I didn't know existed when I was younger. It's sad to see.
She doesn’t need him and you are the one reacting emotionally about that. I see it as cold and logical. Does anyone need that guy? Nope. Ok move on. He can go gestate and raise his own kids.
It's not about OP. It's about the kids. That's where your emotions are taking over. You can't even think about the kids. You're only focusing on the woman here. It's a shame as I've read some other comments and so many people don't seem to care what's best for the kids. They're focusing on OP only. If OP doesn't let him see his kids, I hope she explains it was her choice when the kids eventually ask why they don't have their dad in their lives. Although, I'd bet she'll somehow blame the guy even though he wants to be involved with the kids. It unfortunately happens far too often where the woman blocks the man from being with his kids.
I honestly feel sorry for you. You must have known some crappy men to have this low of a view of a man you don't even know. We're hearing one side of the story where OP hid the fact she kept the kids even though the man thought she would abort. And you're automatically assuming the man didn't want to see his kids. SMH. It's a shame that so many women think this way. I can't imagine the men in my life having to go through this.
Would you be on the woman's side if this was happening to your brother, cousin, uncle, nephew, son, etc? Would you be telling those men in your life they don't deserve to see their children?

Say “would you please delete this shit?” Try that

Fortune favors the bold. If she actually likes you she won’t care. She will just follow you back.
You seem addicted to your phone. A lot of people aren't. Not being a phone addict is not a bad thing.
Also when he grew up 20 years ago smartphones weren't invented yet, so being a good texter wasn't a mandatory social skill.
That’s like 5% per year increase. Higher than I’d like but nothing crazy.
