Just because you get married does not automatically entitle you to half of the house of you get divorced. Your name would have to go on the deed for you to have ownership.
Depending on the state, whatever was your property before marriage remains only your property after a divorce. Like house is his under his name, but if you just divorce then house may still be his. If both of you take out a home renovation loan, you might be able to argue that you have partial ownership of the house, but it's not guaranteed.

Not to point out the obvious but you’re concerned with not being able to afford travel if you move out while at the same telling us that “they’re trying to control when I can travel and so on”. I have no clue how at 20+ my parents would be able to control my travel but assuming yours somehow can, the outcome is exactly the same, whether you move out or not.
