I would just say, “Thanks for the heads up”. Then decide if you want to be in baby’s life, if no don’t worry about it. If yes, then make sure you’re on the birth certificate or get paternity test and prove it in court. Then with your rights you can have whoever around the baby/kid you want. It’s not just her baby. I wouldn’t worry a bit about it.
This is probably a thing where you'd be better served just letting go and moving forward. She was honest, that's a good thing, but in terms of the technology you have virtually zero hope of uncovering 1) whether these images are public at all, and 2) identifying every publicly accessible host of the images.
It is a rabbit hole that can wear you down quickly. Additionally, the Streisand Effect is real, wherein going to great lengths to purge something from the internet can actually spark greater interest and distribution of said thing.
People are people and bodies are bodies. Unless there is a reason to make a particular image of one exceptional (eg: controversy, vitality, etc) it will in virtually every case remain dormant and never surface in your lives.
If, on the other hand, you already know of a site hosting naked images of her against her will, you can either draft a revenge porn takedown notice yourself or pay an attorney a couple hundred bucks to do it for you, and the site will be compelled to remove the image(s).
