Also the reason she’s persistent on wanting a baby is because biological clock… If you’re both struggling financially then IVF is out of the question if you both wait any longer (more in her case). Honestly, as you’ve said you’re both not in a position to bring up/you not wanting a child. She needs to move on herself or you need to tell her there’s not way for this to happen and cut the relationship loose.
If not to relieve anxiety over her trying for kids/trying to force marriage. But for her to move on with her life with another person that meets her goals too.
