How will a spoiled son help you? Refuse to buy anything for the child apart from a toy a month. Anything else, the father has to provide. It’s expensive toys now, in a few years it will be a car, an apartment, college fund. Set boundaries now, or you will not have money in the future.
Who is keeping the kid? The other person should be the one to move. Don't disrupt the kid's life by making them move to the investment property.
