His actions aren’t totally consistent with what he says. Ask him about why he continues to see you, why he shows romantic affection, etc. despite that the “spark” isn’t there? He’s getting older, but he doesn’t sound very mature. Maybe he’ll wise up and realize life is short, why not spend it with someone you can call your best friend? Has he been in any long-term relationships (e.g. 3+ years?) I don’t think he understands what he keeps rejecting.

So, I’m 43 yo f and play video games and have a few toys on display. I wouldn’t find this a problem at all. It’s not like you drug them out and asked her to play, it’s a collection and they’re on display.
She may have taken it as a sign of immaturity, but honestly in your shoes I’d feel like I dodged a bullet. She’s judgmental over something pretty small in my opinion.

I am a small chested girl who was insecure about it in my early 20's, now mid 30's I love that I don't have enough weight on my chest that gravity has been my friend rather than foe. Lol.
So there are a lot of drawbacks of breast implants that you could bring up to her…it could go wrong (botched), loss of nipple sensation, inability to breastfeed (if that's something she wants), etc.
However, I don't think any of that is going to matter to her and would just come across as you being unsupportive.
She's insecure and unhappy with who she is, and breast implants, like you said, are not going to fix that. She needs to be confident with who she is first and then make an informed decision from a healthier mindset.
She needs therapy. Maybe suggest couples therapy so you can bring up your opinions in a more neutral atmosphere and see how it goes from there?
