tell her “proof or take it to the courts and prove it there. until such a time as you provide proof a child even exists that could remotely actually be his, do not contact again.”
create a throw away gmail account. provide that account to the ex GF. inform her that she will be blocked on ALL other forms of communication. once proof is provided (if it is) then arrange to meet IN PUBLIC to get a DNA sample of the child's to compare to your SO.

I’ve been going out with her (20F) for over a year now and I caught her flirting on twitter with some dude.
She told me she just “talks to her friends like that” and I begrudgingly took that answer and didn’t think of it for a while
Recently, I saw a notification on her Snapchat from that same person so I checked it – and I absolutely agree I violated her privacy – I just wanted peace of mind that nothing was going on
Wasn’t really surprised when I found tons of saved chat history between them sexting
We have separate bedrooms (college apartments) but we normally slept in the same bed.
This same person had stayed the night few months back and despite me being against it my gf insisted they sleep in the same bed together. It didn’t feel right but I trusted her.
Turns out, they had sex that night. I was literally in the next room not asleep or anything.
Initially when first confronted she lied to me over and over because she “didn’t want to hurt my feelings”
But I got the full story from the dude she’s been flirting with.
We had a big fight and I’ve cried so much. She blocked the dude on all social media, but still has her ex and stuff friends on snap, which she refuses to remove.
As for the ex thing, I get people can still be friends after a breakup, but they have saved videos of them banging just on there and it just doesn’t feel right to me.

He is trying to change who you are, he is trying to BREAK who you are, and get you to change your life goals and expectations – he wants you to LOWER them – to fit into his idea of what a girlfriend should be.
He does not love you, value you, or treasure you as you are – only if you change who you are to please him.
It's not you that he wants – he wants a submissive woman who will do what he says. And he doesn't care how upset he makes you as he tries to fit you into that mold.

I agree and I understand as well that it was my fault. I was standing with my boyfriend, holding his hand in a group of 6 people when this guy made a sweet remark and just because I find him like a younger brother, and very simple, I touched his cheek in adoration. However, thats no explanation. My bf can't help but find this unfair. I have stopped interacting him apart from greetings these days.
