Alcohol is never an excuse to cheat, or in your ex's case, to kiss – or whatever they did that you didn't know about. Mind movies will be your enemy most of the time. To the friends who tell you those things such as 'it's not like they had sex or even made out'… well, they didn't know it. Nobody knows the truth except your ex and her 'fling'. The wine might have made them forget that they did something else throughout the night.
It was a wise decision to protect yourself first. You immediately removed yourself from further harm by moving away from her. Just imagine that in a few years she will come to you again saying something else that happened that night, then you will have wasted more years.

Boyfriend is sexist. He could get a prenuptial agreement if he was seriously concerned about potentially losing his inheritance from a divorce. An agreement that follows contract law will hold up in court. People fuck up when they go into it without both parties having separate legal representation. Then it gets tossed out.
i dont think that i will end up RESENTING her because of no sex, but it may become a larger issue than it is now. ive mostly given up on trying to ask for anything, but living together and no sex are two compounding factors that kind of make matters worse.
