It's not up to you to change your husband's behavior. What you describe is not love. Not even in the slightest. It's not even remotely okay for yall to even be in a yelling match. There shouldn't be raised voices, most definitely not cussing.
So he’s starting therapy, in theory. What are YOU doing to ensure you don’t continue behaving in this horrendous way in the future? Are you planning to continue seeing this guy after confessing to his girlfriend?
OP: “Ooh, this girl is super sexual. I like this a lot.”
OP gets in a relationship.
OP: “Wait? She's still super sexual? But she's my girlfriend now – she should behave herself and be a good little girl! I don't understand, internet??”
OP acting ridiculous.
Don’t accept misery as a base state of being. If you want something and he’s not giving it to you, find someone who will. You are young, you don’t have any liabilities or responsibilities keeping you together, and why not be happy while you have the chance to be happy.
The truth, disentangling yourself from this woman after the baby is born is going to look and feel 1000 times worse.
If he told you then he's probably already told her also he's been a cheat in the past.
He might not cheat on her, you never know……….She might end up being the love of his life and maybe she'll do it to him, and that's when he'll get it
If he were 15, that would make perfect sense. As he’s 25, it makes none.
I intend only to help. No sarcasm here. xo from a granny
I dont even think its possible to get past this. He pretty much said seeing her topless is disgusting. The damage to OP's self body image will likely well outlast this relationship, it might be that shes shaken or it could be severe depression, depends on OP but either way, she doesnt deserve this from her partner. The b.f has unrealistic expectations based on social media posts of what a “natural” woman is and has said something that can never be taken back. If I were OP, I'd end the relationship and simply state that you will find someone who finds her attractive like she deserves. Dont take what he said to heart, he is a symptom of a problem that has been building for decades in the social media space, unrealistic expectations of body image causing untold mental Illnesses and destroying relationships.
