They will likely want to take history from you too so there is the opportunity for you to outline the psychotic behaviour. Bring the notepad you mentioned in the post and anything where she has revealed the delusions in writing – any messages you have, her phone and tablet if there's anything on there.
Ahhh dear here he is thinking she won't do the same to him after a prolonged period together ?
He ran into my knife. He ran into my knife ten times!

Your mistake – you pay for it.
Someone hits the car and drives away, an animal runs onto the road or a tree falls onto the car – your friend pays.
it’s usually if I go out, on holidays with friends etc or thing that trigger him
he thinks all the boys are looking at my ass
I feel like he’s breathing down my neck.
You're absolutely right: the trust is gone, he does not trust you.
Two options:
1) Sit him down and own up. Say you know you broke his trust by lying but you can't let it poison the relationship. You want to work to rebuild his trust, gradually, steadily, but it has to be a two-way street. He gives a little lenience, you accept a little lenience and show him there's no reason to worry. If he's willing to give you a chance and meet you halfway, you won't let him down.
2) End the relationship. You have a right to your own happiness and if you're with someone who doesn't value it, you have no obligation to stay with him. It'll hurt, it'll feel like a failing, but if the alternative is daily unease with an incurable cold shoulder, it might be the lesser of two evils.
A lot of the ongoing trauma for many victims of SA is the guilt/shame that they know this person is a predator and they can't do anything about it, because of power imbalance. They know that they won't be the last victim, and they can't do anything about that.
So yes, a lot of SA victims would actually be glad to hear of consequences like this coming to their assaulter.
I can't wade through this. Your brother's wife, who I will call “Jane” instead of repeating “my brother's newly-married wife” five thousand times, wants you to sponsor Jane's sister for immigration to the US to be a nurse for your mother, and you don't want to do it. Is that right? Why are you involved in this at all?
Tell her she can leave /move out if she isn’t happy
