He clearly doesn’t want kids. You’re going to have to decide if you would rather choose him or a person that doesn’t exist yet. If you stay with him you may very well be resentful that you never have children.
If you choose to leave, you may struggle to find another partner in time to safely have children, or you may end up with a child with disabilities if you do conceive at an advanced maternal age.
Whatever you do, don’t have kids with someone who isn’t enthusiastic about having them.
He just turned 20 so it’ll be another year before he turns 21, but I also JUST hit 23 on the 12th of this month so in the grand scheme of things the gap isn’t extreme.
