OP hasn’t said anything that makes me think her joke hurt her bf feelings, and it seems like he joked back, so sounds pretty mutual.
It’s normal for people to talk about person things with those they are close with, sex is a normal healthy thing to talk about when it’s with the right crowd.
It sounds to me like the only thing OP is guilty of his having not the best of friends, she needs people she can talk to, that give her healthy advice. She sounds like she’s 18 and figuring stuff out, a completely normal thing.
