I’m your age and have a similar situation. I found a text when I was pregnant with our first saying that he wished it was her who was pregnant with his child instead of me. I stayed because I was young and pregnant. I begged him to stop texting her for over a decade. She was the first person he texted after he landed when he took a trip on his own back home and a lot of sketchy looking stuff happened during that trip, but again, I stayed.
We aren’t together anymore, but this was just one of many things that plagued our relationship. I have told myself I will never allow myself to be treated like a consolation prize/second best in my relationship again. You don’t deserve that.
