If it was really to find out where you're all from, assuming all children are the offspring of you and your spouse, then the children wouldn't really need to be tested at all. You'd just test the pair of you and infer the children's ancestry from there. Kind of seems like he is questioning paternity… but then it doesn't seem like the most sensible way to figure that out. Most people would just test for paternity in a lab out in town- he'd be able to do that without you even knowing.
Also, as a genealogist, these tests are kind of crappy for determining where your family is really from. Nothing beats constructing your own tree but that's another topic.

it’s not exactly like she’s a trump supporter and i don’t agree with it. It’s a lot deeper than that. Do you know anything about Q anon? I would check out the r/qanoncasualties subreddit to get a better idea of what her beliefs are like. Trust me if it was as simple as she’s a hardcore conservative or leftist , it would not be interfering with our relationship. She is pretty delusional.
