But you met him through her. Now you wanna punish her and him and their friendship because you’re jealous? You knew they were friends when you met and you met him through her so it’s not really fair to turn that around on him now IMO.
All of my best friends are male (I’m a female) and there was an instance where my best male friend got with a girl who didn’t like our friendship. I respected that he cut me out of the picture a bit when we they were dating but it really sucked. Now I’m super happy because he’s getting married to a girl who is okay with it and now I’m besties with her too.
As for your name being mis-spelled I think that’s a guy thing. My husband has pretty much everyone in his phone spelled wrong and has no desire to fix it. I had to poke fun at him for him to change my name lol. Your feelings are valid but I think you might be going the wrong way about it. Instead of approaching this with jealousy I would try letting him know that you feel like he puts her above you sometimes and it hurts your feelings. Ask yourself if this would hurt regardless of gender and see if you’re being hypercritical because she’s female. I wish the best for you.
