As someone who bruises extremely easily, I would also probably change my answer if I didn’t know how exactly I got the bruise (because many times I don’t) as it’s such a non-issue I wouldn’t think about it.

In our state, if you date while still legally married it is considered infidelity and the other partner can then file for a fault divorce. So he needs to check the laws in his state. Since we had to be separated for a year, we stated in our separation agreement that we could date other people during this time as long as no one was introduced to the kids.
