4. I think its a bit late to recognise things 6 month after a break up, but maybe thats just me.

   Understanding eachother while in a relationship is the key.

   To me it seems she didnt accepted your boundarys gaslighted you with being insecure. Eventually she broke off to see if she can find something better but didnt.

   I wouldnt go back as it is likely, next time you have differences you will brake up again because she cant or will not comprehend what your issue might be.
