Its clear she has made her choice and doesnt want to be with you. Have some self respect even thru the loneliness, and move on to better things and a partner that wants to live with you. Regardless, the kids will learn to live with it and if she truly is going to bars and such then thats her choice. All you can do is seperate, have a civil discussion and relationship with eachother, and both try to see your children. Plenty of kids live with divorced parents, and it sounds like she made her choice so respect it.
