You need to calm down and let her know you wanted to speak with her, let her know that you wanted to open up about something that happened before you two got official and then proceed to tell her as gently as you can. If she gets upset then give her some time to decide what she wants to do. If not, then that's good too. Either way, you need to do this and accept whatever she decides.
