Wow an abused and manipulated woman said some not nice words to another woman she was manipulated to be jealous and defensive toward, and you would be resentful about that when she reaches out 6 years later begging for help? Where’s the humanity.
I know this has 0 to do with the post, but the thing u did like you quoting the person, and then making it large how do you do that? I’ve seen it everywhere and I figured Ild just ask
These aren't unreasonable rules at all, however the fact that you feel the need to make them at all is a huge red flag for your relationship. You shouldn't have to tell your partner not to snoop through your stuff, or to respect the house, or to respect your personal space and privacy. The fact that you feel the need to make him agree to these very basic, common-sense practices suggests to me that he hasn't been very respectful toward you in the past, which in turn suggests that he won't in the future. I don't think you guys should move in together.
Stop trying to befriend your exes and go meet new people. It’s pretty clear she’s not interested in seeing you again and was too nice to explicitly say it until now
First off, I am so so sorry for what you went through and for your girlfriend's response. She is being incredibly unempathetic and cruel. What your father did is not your fault. Maybe she's afraid, but regardless her callous reaction is completely uncalled for. I don't think I would be able to trust someone again after a reaction like that. Even if she was afraid for whatever reason, she could tell you that and allow you an opportunity to talk through it with her and for her to ask questions. Just completely shutting you out is cruel. Making you feel bad for opening up to her is cruel. That is the sort of thing you should be able to trust your partner with. Again, you did nothing wrong. Your girlfriend (hopefully soon to be ex) lacks empathy. That's on her, not you. I promise you there are people out there that will hear your story and pull you in for a long hug after. There are people out there who will empathize and love you. She may not be capable, but again, that's a HER problem.
You tell them it’s not up for discussion and if they can’t steer clear of the topic and respect your autonomy, they’re next. The price of admission for them to be in your life is to respect your choices and leave you the hell alone.
Should I just not pay it any mind? It makes me think what is the point of the break… for him to do what he wants? He said he’s not worried about other females but idk part of me feel like he may seek out. It wasn’t my choice for this break. I don’t know how long a break is and he didn’t give me a time frame

This is so common in my personal experience. (In a field that sees large amounts of families before/after starting a course)
A lot of people have broken up after getting on antidepressants or anxiety drugs.
After the changes, a lot of people just don't want to hang around the person on these types of drugs.
I think we need major case studies on this.
Alright thank you it’s been a very confusing week

Not a good idea. That's like giving someone who wanted a decaf coffee a big line of cocaine lol
Literally none of his behavior is your fault. I’m glad you’re getting out. I’d definitely file with the police and start a paper tail.
