He is signalling through is actions that he is not going to stop cheating on you. Your next step is to break up with him. Hopefully you get to that step sooner than later, before he wastes years of your life.
What are your motives for telling him? You clearly couldn’t care less when you were actively cheating with her. Is this self serving again cuz you’re trying to break them up for your own desires? Some advice from my parents who have been married for 32 years now:

I (as an unmarried person) would suggest couples counseling as soon as he’s comfortable with where his personal therapist has helped him get his mental health under some control.
