Sometimes in college you get stuck in projects with people you don't like. I don't think you need to take things so personally since she's just a classmate, it's literally impossible to have EVERYONE like you all the time. If you're not happy with how the project turned out by the end of it you could always talk to your professor and let them know the issues you had with working on it, sometimes they're more lenient with grades.
