I’m not sure why some of the comments on this post are so unnecessarily harsh. But, since a lot of people here seem to want me to get mental health help, just so you all know that I do. I work closely with a psychiatrist and I see a therapist weekly. I have struggled with an eating disorder in the past. Not that it is anybody’s business here.
It’s also a really weird take that some of you seem to have such an issue with reassuring your partners. I love my boyfriend so much and if there was ever anything he was insecure about or struggling with I would have absolutely zero problem giving him the validation he needs. Because that is what I am here for. To support him and lift him up and care for him.
Some of you all have really weird takes and I’d consider maybe you all need to get some help.
