1. One of my best friends has a severe case of PBD. Thinks commercials, ads, people are sending her hidden messages, threats and stuff.    I get where your gf is coming from though. It's a lot to accommodate. Living with someone that mentally ill is very difficult, for everyone. Can she find a halfway house where she can get independence and assistance in her life? Where are your parents? I know it's not really their responsibility after age 18 but your sister needs a strong support system, SSI, and help from the state. You can't do it all yourself and I understand your gf being burnt out and put off to the side.

   Again I feel for you all but I can def see why your gf is tired and worried about what a future looks like with you essentially taking care of your sister like a dependent/child.
