Starvation mode is a total myth, you’d have to be in a severe deficit for a while for your body to adapt on living off of severely lower calories.
Additionally people over estimate how much they burn while exercising and under estimate how much they eat. If fat loss is the goal, changing how you eat is they key, and focusing on more movement throughout the day aka NEAT – exercising is obviously good for us, but if you’re overweight it’s not the main factor in losing weight.
