I can tell you right now that she needs to talk to a therapist. I'm no psychiatrist, but I'm seeing some abandonment issues and perhaps a desire to push and push to see if you'll leave. Except when it actually starts to happen, she panics and tries to get you to stay.
If you do actually stay, she'll probably revert back to trying to push you away.

You could try to stay with her and insist that she sees a therapist.
Honestly, I'm just seeing someone from the information you gave that needs some help and maybe a little support. You could try giving that, and if it doesn't work, at least you know you gave it your absolute all.
