Read your post, you come across as someone who loved being your dad's 'saviour' and who simply cannot find the sense of I outside your dad; it feels like you want your dad to be sad and depressed because then you can take care of him. It especially makes sense since you are unwell yourself and miserable – misery loves company.
You're 30 yo, you need to stop being selfish about your dad. You're entitled to your own feelings but you're not entitled to making him feel like s-word because of how you feel.
