Nah, OP, don't listen to these people shaming you. I'm fit and healthy, at 39 I have never been as much as overweight in my entire life, yet I have periods where I'm on top of my diet and fitness, and also long stretches where I'm not. It's human, we have all sorts of things going on in our lives, and losing a pet is devastating. I wouldn't be going to the gym either. So don't let anyone bully you because you are not 100% on top of things at all times. Tell your bf to stfu and if he keeps doing he has some serious boundary issues that need to be addressed.
