2. All I can say OP is that when my heart-cat died 10 years ago my then boyfriend was the first one to tell me he'd be there for me when I decided to get a new kitten. These days we're married and still have our girl we got soon after and another cat. They're 10 and 8 now and have brought us so much joy.

   I couldn't imagine someone asking me to give up my pet and I knew my husband was the right one when he not only supported me getting my next cat but the second one too. If you actually love animals and your partner you'd be thrilled to think about blending your household or adding to the number, not issuing hurtful ultimatums about getting rid of one. Especially not in favour of one that doesn't exist yet!

3. Yeah I believe her that she doesn’t have feelings for this guy. But she had engaged. They aren’t as close any more we have only seen him maybe a couple times a year recently. But it’s more how can could I sift through years of messages to find any that seem off?
