You are at a cross roads with your kid. She is rapidly becoming an “adult” and you are only speeding that transition on.
In what ways besides monetary support do you support your daughter and show her love? Im not talking about taking her to musicals or going to dinner once a week. Im talking about parent and child interaction where you are there for her in an activity she chose.
Quite frankly it might be to late. My mom and I don’t really speak anymore. She always made sure I had food on the table and money for other things but in terms of non finical emotional support and care for my interests, she was absent.
Once she began cutting off the financial support the relationship was pretty much dead. The way she choose to show her love was monetary and now thought that that just end so I could grow. That’s fine I’m theory but it also means that she effectively no longer put any effort into our relationship.
We don’t really talk much besides pleasantries.

It sounds like you are not able to give her what she needs. She needs a partner, not some dude who stops by every few days when he gets a day off work. Sometimes it is possible to do absolutely nothing wrong in a relationship and still not be able to give your partner what they need. But the problem is, jobs come and go. Lose one job, you can get another. Wives, not so much.
You need to quit your job, find one with a more stable life style that is day shift and lets you go home every day. Find one that is closer to your wife's family so that you can visit them as often as she needs to. If you aren't willing to do that, then i question your commitment to the marriage.
However, doing that might not be enough to satisfy her. She may have other issues in the relationship that are more difficult to solve, and might even be difficult for her to talk about. In which case, getting a better job won't solve the problem.
Ultimately, however, your wife is an adult. She does not need to continue being married to you if she doesn't want to. This isn't the 1700s. You might not be able to win her back if she wants to end things, and you will just have to find some way to deal with that grief on your own and be at peace with that.
